As the pioneer of gated community in Malaysia, Tan & Tan Developments has spent a good many years honing its craft in developing luxury living spaces. Its latest endeavour, Park Manor is Sierramas, is a culmination of more than a decade’s worth of experience in the art of community living. Part of the award-winning Sierramas developments in Sungai Buloh, Park manor nestles among the lush greenery of three hectares of walkable neighbourhood – the perfect hideaway from city life.

The 41 villas are inter-connected by landscaped paths that serve as a green artery, linking homes together and leading to the residents’ only clubhouse. There are five villa designs to choose from, ranging from 508sqm to 648sqm. Each villa is spread over three floors, boasting between five and six large bedrooms, each with its own en-suites.

Living spaces are generous and airy, with floor to ceiling windows that bathe interiors with natural light. Every floor has a living area for occupants to congregate, further emphasising the vision of close community. Perimeter fencing, manned CCTVs and security guard patrols ensure residents are well guarded and able to enjoy their surroundings. Park Manor is slated to be completed in December 2015.
